A Few Words About Us

Founded in 2017 by F. Brandon Mallory, SCFLC is comprised of a team of professional, bilingual leaders with a variety of diverse work and cultural experiences. Collectively our team has lived abroad, has served in the U.S. Peace Corps, has worked as labor and HR professionals, was raised on farms, and has years of human resources leadership.

Each member brings a unique skill-set to complement our team so that we can offer all our clients the highest level of customer service as well as elite access to our combined experience and knowledge base. Our leadership team approach to solving problems and resolving conflicts is client-specific and truly unmatched in the industry.

What Can H-2A do for you?

The H-2A program allows employers to hire foreign workers for vacant seasonal or temporary jobs. It is the only legal, foreign guest worker visa program available to agricultural employers. H-2A workers typically come from Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America and go back home after each work season returning the next season to the same U.S. employer year after year.
